the day has finally come.. our yr 12 ball. since yr 9 we have been talkin bout being in yr 12, and dressing up for the balls like the bigger girls. and now, its our turn. we'ce been planning our 'big' day since last yr. We were discussing what we were going to wear, where we were going to do our makeup and hair, which limo service to hire, what shoes to buy, and most importantly, who to bring as our dates! haha. 10th of Febuary 2006, Fremantle sailing club, 7pm - 12 midnight ; the PLC ball. It was a friday, everyone had their nails done and came to school till 12pm. Suprisingly classes passed really quickly and when the clock striked 12pm, we ran out of class and headed off to our appointments. First up, was hair. I went to Emma's hairsalon in the city to style my hair. Mandy, erika and audrey went there too at different times. 2nd on the apointment list was make-up at Mecca which was also in the city. Mandy and i had the coolest makeup artist. Sadly the artist aint gay.. haha. i always wanted a gay dude to do my makeup.. but hey, twas cool. But our makeup artist did Miss Universe, jennifer hawkins's makeup before! i wanted the smoky eyed look and she did an awesome job! i scooted off to meet wee and wah yu in northbridge; picked them up and went home to prepare for befores. We reached home and i got the guys to help me carry down the table for the food. It was quite early to start getting changed so we sat down and chatted till vonny and haruka came to get changed at my crib. The guys had their shower.. and wee had to blow dry his hair to style it.. haha. the guys got changed and von, haru and i started to get ready; we all got into our stunning gowns. More people started to arrive and we went downstairs to chat and chill.. ok.. i shall skip all the lil details now cuz this is getting long.. well. we ate, danced, partied, sang, talked, took heaps of pics, and had the best time ever. This ball.. is the best time of my life so far. =) if u want more details like my coolest fren liz, call me. haha. =) ciao!
